Privacy

This page describes what happens on agentiqrm.com. The CRM itself is governed by the data processing agreement that customers receive when they sign a contract.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.

No tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own for analytics, embeds no external fonts, maps or analytics services, and transmits nothing to third parties. There is therefore no consent banner either — there would be nothing to consent to.

The one exception is the language switch: choosing English or German stores a single first-party cookie named lang holding that choice and nothing else, so the site stops guessing on your next visit. It is strictly necessary for a function you asked for and requires no consent.

Delivery of the site

The site is delivered via Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront (Amazon Web Services). This produces technically necessary server log files, including IP address, time, the file requested and the user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. Storage in the data centre in Frankfurt (eu-central-1) is limited to what is technically required.

Contact and application form

If you submit the form on /contact-demo/, we transmit the details you entered — name, email address, optionally a telephone number, your message and an optionally attached file — to our system in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR respectively.

Application documents are deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies, and at the latest six months after the process concludes — unless you have agreed to them being kept longer.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise them, contact support@agentiqrm.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
